  1. Security measures include: minimized collection of personal data, authentication and access controls, encryption, anonymization, regular patching, secure media disposal, and multi-factor authentication.

  2. No transmission method is completely secure, though security is continuously reviewed.

  1. Customers should update personal information changes with the Data Protection Officer.

Retention of Personal Data

  1. Personal data is retained as long as necessary for its original purpose or as required by law, then removed when no longer needed.

Transfers of Personal Data Outside of Singapore

  1. The company generally retains data in Singapore. International transfers require consent and comparable protection standards.
